Swallowing frogs

September 21, 2021 by Kane Simms

One of The 7 Habits in Frankin Covey’s renouwned book is to swallow a frog first thing in the morning.

The idea is to do the thing you least want to do, first. Then, once you’re done, everything else you do that day won’t be as difficult, and you’ll have a sense of satisfaction and achievement immediately in your day.

You also won’t have chance to procrastinate over not doing it, as it’ll have already been done.

So, next time you have something that you don’t want to do, do it first and see how you feel.
