Gemma has a great way of getting through a difficult run.
Whenever she’s jogging, and she sees a hill coming up ahead, she thinks “this is going to be hard”. But then she tells herself that she’s already running, and this is how hard it is. So, you’re already doing it.
By the time you hit the hill, same again. It’s only ever going to be as hard as it is right now. And no matter how hard it is right now, you’re already doing it, so do it.
