If you want to achieve something, you won’t get it right the first one you try. Or the second. Or maybe even not the third. But if you do it consistently enough, you’ll win eventually and more often.
Being consistent is the aim of the game.
If you want to write, then write everyday. After a month, you might have 29 shit articles. But you might have one good one. One that you can sell.
If you want to design websites, then design one a month. After a year you, might have 11 shit websites. But you might have one good one that you can sell.
If you want to be an entrepreneur, the chances of your first business succeeding are slim. But if you get up, dust yourself down and set-up the next one as soon as one fails, then after 10 years you might have 9 failed business, but one that’ll last.
It’s not about getting lucky. It’s about being consistent.
Not consistency in terms of quality, but quantity.
Doing something often enough and consistently enough means that, not only will you build your skill set, but the sheer volume you’re producing means that you stand more chance of doing something great more often.
